If you are a landowner and undertake any digging excavation work within ROU or in the vicinity of pipeline, directly through yourself or through any agency, your help is solicited by informing RGPL beforehand so as to prevent any emergency. RGPL is always ready to help you in locating the pipeline with modern gadgets viz. pipeline locator and GPRS handheld meters etc.

What to Do if you are digging and disturb a pipeline:

Even if you cause what seems to be only minor damage to the pipeline, notify RGPL immediately. A gouge, scrape, dent or crease to the pipe or coating may cause a future break or leak. It will help us to take proactive actions to rectify the damage.

DO NOT attempt to make the repairs to the line yourself. Please call on below mentioned numbers, before you dig or accidentally cause any damage to the pipeline.
