Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited (RGPL) at a Glance

Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited (RGPL), was incorporated in 1991 as Reliance Shipping Private Limited. The Company's name was subsequently changed to Reliance Shipping Limited in year 1993, and thereafter to its present name viz., Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited in year 2012. RGPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).

RIL is India's largest private sector enterprise, with annual revenues in excess of US$ 50 billion and is a Fortune Global 500 company. RIL’s activities span exploration and production of oil and gas, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals (polyester, fibre intermediates, plastics and chemicals), textiles, retail and telecom.
